Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give 48 hours notice. Rescheduled bookings MUST be booked within the following 6 weeks. Important - Please note that if you have an active Cold Sore on the day of your treatment please make contact so we can re-book as unfortunately you will not be able to receive treatment until you have been clear of visible active infection for 24 hours.
