Service Description
You will need to complete your medical form before arriving at your appointment. This will be emailed to you after you confirm your booking. This appointment is legally required before your first treatment and every 6 months if you would like to continue tox treatments.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give 48 hours notice. Rescheduled bookings MUST be booked within the following 6 weeks. Important - Please note that if you have an active Cold Sore on the day of your treatment please make contact so we can re-book as unfortunately you will not be able to receive treatment until you have been clear of visible active infection for 24 hours.
